The “Dim Tu Tac E-member Program” is designed to provide customers with the best benefits whenever they enjoy a meal at Dim Tu Tac. Customers can get exclusive privileges by joining and becoming a “Dim Tu Tac E-member.” The program officially takes effect on 22/05/2025.
Customers are advised to carefully read the terms and conditions when participating in the program. These terms apply to all customers accessing and participating in the Dim Tu Tac E-member program, organized by DIM TU TAC TRADING SERVICE JOINT STOCK COMPANY BRANCH. Dim Tu Tac reserves the right to amend, modify, and/or terminate the membership program and/or all or any part of these terms of use, policies, FAQs, or guidelines related to Dim Tu Tac E-member at any time and in its sole discretion. By joining the Dim Tu Tac E-member program through the official website, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and any policy changes. Therefore, customers are encouraged to regularly update themselves on these terms via Dim Tu Tac's official website (dimtutac.com). If customers do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, customers must terminate their participation in the Dim Tu Tac E-member program.
Dim Tu Tac only uses the personal information you provide for purposes of customer care, enhancing your experience, and designing promotional programs tailored to individual needs. Dim Tu Tac commits not to use personal information for any purposes other than those stated above. All personal information will be kept confidential, except in cases where it is required by law.
For every 10,000 VND spent on a bill, customers will earn 01 reward point credited to their account on the website.
The points displayed on receipts and the website are accumulated from customers' spending within 365 days from the date the customer registers as a Dim Tu Tac member.
For each dining experience, please present your logged-in membership card on the website to the staff before payment to earn points. Your membership card information can be found in the My Account section when logged in on the Dim Tu Tac website (dimtutac.com).
Reward points for spending at Dim Tu Tac restaurants that qualify for accumulation will be automatically added to your account within 24 hours after the payment is made.
After registering and accumulating reward points, customers can upgrade their membership to enjoy more exclusive benefits.
There are three membership tiers: Silver, Gold, and Diamond, based on the level of spending as shown in the table below:

Notes: Point calculations for tier upgrades are based on the bill amount after deducting valid promotions, applicable discounts, and VAT.
After registering as a Dim Tu Tac member, customers are entitled to exclusive benefits according to the program's regulations at different times. Members will receive information about promotions via the email/SMS registered on the official Dim Tu Tac website.
Dim Tu Tac members can get discount benefits based on their membership tier, as shown in the table below:

– After registering as a member, customers can start earning reward points to upgrade their tier and/or redeem points for gifts from Dim Tu Tac and strategic partners.
– Point accumulation period is within 12 months.
– Within 365 days from the date of membership registration and point accumulation, customers who earn 3,000 reward points will be upgraded to the Gold tier.
– After upgrading, 3,000 points will automatically be deducted. Customers continue to earn points to maintain Gold member benefits within 365 days from the upgrade date.
– 10% discount on bills.
– Birthday offers.
– Promotions exclusively for Gold members.
According to Dim Tu Tac's policy, customers can get additional benefits or gifts on special occasions such as holidays, Tet, birthdays, etc. Customers must consent to receive promotional information from Dim Tu Tac and may be required to provide a valid email, phone number, and address details to access these benefits and gifts.
– Within 365 days from the date of upgrading to the Gold tier, if the total points accumulated do not reach 2,000 points, the customer’s membership will be downgraded to the Silver tier, and the accumulated point balance will remain unchanged.
- Within 365 days from the date of upgrading to the Gold tier, if the total points accumulated reach 2,000 points, customers maintain Gold member benefits, and 2,000 points will automatically be deducted.
– Within 365 days from the date of upgrading to the Gold tier, customers who accumulate 20,000 reward points will be upgraded to the Diamond tier.
– After upgrading, 20,000 points will automatically be deducted. Customers continue to earn points to maintain Diamond member benefits within 365 days from the upgrade date.
– 15% discount on bills.
– Birthday offers.
– Promotions exclusively for Diamond members.
According to Dim Tu Tac's policy, customers can get additional benefits or gifts on special occasions such as holidays, Tet, birthdays, etc. Customers must consent to receive promotional information from Dim Tu Tac and may be required to provide a valid email, phone number, and address details to access these benefits and gifts.
– Within 365 days from the date of upgrading to the Diamond tier, if the total points accumulated do not reach 15,000 points, the customer’s membership will be downgraded to the Gold tier, and the accumulated point balance will remain unchanged.
– Within 365 days from the date of upgrading to the Diamond tier, if the total points accumulated do not reach 2,000 points, the customer’s membership will be downgraded to the Silver tier, and the accumulated point balance will remain unchanged.
Customers can redeem the accumulated points for gift E-vouchers, including cash value E-vouchers, dish E-vouchers, partner discount E-vouchers, and gift combos.
E-vouchers have different conversion rates, validity periods, and redeem locations depending on the specific terms and conditions of each promotional program from the date of exchange.
Additionally, the system directly sends gift E-vouchers to customers on special occasions (separate from gift E-vouchers redeemed from accumulated points).
To use E-vouchers, customers are required to present the image of the E-voucher when ordering dishes or before issuing the Guest check and Provisional invoice.
Upon using the available E-vouchers on the website, members can continue to earn points and upgrade to a higher tier based on the actual amount paid after deducting the E-voucher value.
Customers using only membership discounts will continue to earn points and upgrade to a higher tier based on the actual amount paid.
Membership discounts do not apply on the following holidays
Discounts are not applied to dishes containing any of these ingredients
- Each customer is entitled to only one unique membership code, which cannot be transferred.
- Members are identified by a unique phone number. A phone number corresponds to a member code in the system.
- In the event of changing phone numbers, provided that the new phone number does not duplicate the phone number of another account, visit the nearest restaurant branch for guidance. If duplicated, Dim Tu Tac will reconfirm the information with the customers and provide a solution for each specific case.
- Customers can only update the date of birth once when creating an account. If there is a need for a second update, please visit the nearest Dim Tu Tac restaurant branch for guidance.
- Customers must provide an accurate Email address in their Dim Tu Tac account to enjoy point-redemption benefits and other promotions (if applicable).
- Membership cards will be activated and effective for use within 24 hours after registration. Notifications will be sent via phone and email.
- Customers must present the E-member card on the website to the cashier to earn points. Points will not be credited if the membership card is not presented. Membership card information can be found in the My Account section when logged in on the Dim Tu Tac website (dimtutac.com).
- Accumulated points in the program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be used as a substitute for other payment methods.
- All E-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
- If the value of the payment exceeds the value of the E-voucher, customers shall pay the difference.
- Dim Tu Tac reserves the right to “deactivate” and cancel membership status for any Dim Tu Tac E-member account on the website that does not conduct transactions for twelve (12) consecutive months without prior notice to customers. In such cases, all points accumulated in the account will become invalid.
- Dim Tu Tac reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or cancel the membership program on the Dim Tu Tac E-member website at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice to customers.
- Dim Tu Tac reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the membership program without prior notice. All changes will be officially announced on the website dimtutac.com.
- Any complaints or disputes arising from or related to the Terms & Conditions or the Dim Tu Tac E-member program will be resolved according to the applicable laws of Vietnam.
- If customers have any questions regarding the Dim Tu Tac E-member program, please contact the DIM TU TAC TRADING SERVICE JOINT STOCK COMPANY BRANCH by sending an email to marketing@dimtutac.com. We will respond to your inquiries within 48 hours.
- The Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) of the Dim Tu Tac E-member Program apply to member customers (“Members”) and partners (“Partners”) participating in the Program.
- Members are individuals aged 18 and above who successfully register to participate in the Program, own an identified Dim Tu Tac customer account (“Account”), and have activated their membership account on the website dimtutac.com, managed and operated by Dim Tu Tac, or via other forms specified by the Program at different times.
- Partners include Dim Tu Tac's strategic partners and other partners of the Program.
- By participating in the Program, Members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs and all Program policies publicly announced on the website www.dimtutac.com (“Website”), which may be updated at different times.
- Members are entitled to basic Account holder benefits and special privileges based on their membership tier as publicly announced on the Website, including but not limited to the following benefits:
- Accumulating Points (as defined in Section B of this T&Cs) into the Account according to the Points accumulation rate and conditions;
- Using accumulated Points in the Account;
- Participating in exclusive promotions/offers for Account holders via the website www.dimtutac.com
- Members have the right to access and look up personal information (including editing and updating) and accumulated points in the Account through Dim Tu Tac's management system.
- Members are solely responsible for any and all costs, taxes, fees, claims, or liabilities (if any) arising from the benefits they enjoy under the Program.
- Each Member understands, commits, and ensures that they are the sole user of the Dim Tu Tac membership account. Members are responsible for securing the Card and protecting their Account information. Members must not provide their Account information to any third party not in compliance with the Program and will bear responsibility if this regulation is not followed.
- Members consent to allow Dim Tu Tac to create, store, maintain, and update personal data provided by Members or arising from their participation in the Program (“Data”). Members also agree to allow Dim Tu Tac/Partners to use this Data for purposes including, but not limited to, helping Members to process transactions, using Points under Program regulations, and introducing new products and services. All Data will be protected and used in compliance with the Privacy and Information Sharing Policy publicly announced on the Website and updated from time to time.
- In case a Member’s contact information (phone/email/address, etc.) changes from what was registered with the Program, the Member must promptly update the information via the Website or through Dim Tu Tac staff to avoid unauthorized use of points. Dim Tu Tac is not liable for errors, losses, or damages resulting from or relating to a Member’s unupdated information under these T&Cs.
- All notifications/complaints from Members to Dim Tu Tac must be made via the official Email of the program (marketing@dimtutac.com).
- Dim Tu Tac reserves the right to request Members to provide information and/or present valid personal documents before using points and/or getting benefits in certain cases.
- Dim Tu Tac/Partners are exempt from liability in cases where the system for processing data, software, or signal transmission encounters problems, errors, or attacks, or for any other objective reasons beyond the control of Dim Tu Tac, Partners.
- When the Account is used unauthorizedly due to theft/loss/disclosure of Account information and the account holder fails to promptly notify Dim Tu Tac.
- Dim Tu Tac/Partners reserve the right to refuse to provide, cancel, reclaim, or withdraw benefits and points credited to the Account that have been and will be received under promotional programs without prior notice to Members in cases such as:
- Dim Tu Tac/Partners cannot transfer points/benefits to customers due to objective reasons beyond the control of Dim Tu Tac.
- Points are incorrectly or invalidly credited to the Account according to the regulations of the Program; Members violate the Program's T&Cs or promotional policies announced by Dim Tu Tac/Partners at different times;
- Force majeure events as stipulated by law.
- Dim Tu Tac and Partners reserve the right to transfer or assign, in any form, all or part of the rights and obligations arising from the Program to any third party at their discretion, with prior notice to Members.
- Except for commitments to guarantee Members' benefits related to Points validly accumulated under the Program in their Account, Dim Tu Tac will not be responsible for any direct and indirect losses or damages incurred by Members in connection with other promotional programs. This includes, but is not limited to, Partners terminating the promotional program or withdrawing/limiting any services, benefits, or incentives, or force majeure events as prescribed by law.
- Points in the Member's Account ("Points") serve as a deduction from the total value of goods and services consumed within the Program but cannot be converted into cash, gifted, donated, inherited, or transferred in any form.
- All Points under dispute or complaint cannot be used while the issue is being resolved.
- Related conditions (Point accumulation value, Point conversion rate, etc.) and the procedures for Points accumulation, Points redeeming, or other features integrated on the Card/Account at each time will comply with the specific policies publicly announced by Dim Tu Tac on the Website.
- Members’ rights under the Program shall remain valid indefinitely unless terminated in the following circumstances:
- The Member submits a request for termination to Dim Tu Tac via the Program’s official contact details/email address provided on the Website.
- The Member intentionally uses their Card/Account in violation of the Program’s regulations and these registration conditions.
- The Member passes away or in other termination cases as prescribed by law;
- The Program is discontinued for any reason.
- Termination in other cases according to the program's regulations and these registration conditions.
- Depending on actual conditions, the Program’s registration conditions and other policies published on the Website may be modified, adjusted, or terminated at the sole discretion of DIM TU TAC TRADING SERVICE JOINT STOCK COMPANY BRANCH or at the request of Partners. Members will be notified of any such changes via the Website.
- Dispute resolution: These T&Cs are governed by the law of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from or related to these T&Cs shall be settled through negotiation by the parties. If negotiation fails within 30 (thirty) days, the parties reserve the right to bring the dispute to a competent court in Vietnam as prescribed by law.

Dim Tu Tac reserves the right to modify any or all sections of this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be announced on the Website and, when necessary, via email notifications.
