The “Dim Tu Tac Partner Association” program is designed to provide our partner customers with practical benefits and attractive offers when dining at Dim Tu Tac Cobi Tower.

I. PARTNER ASSOCIATION CARD DETAILS

• Benefit: Special 10% discount on dining and services at Dim Tu Tac.
• Location: Only at Dim Tu Tac – Cobi Tower.
• Validity: 6 months from the date of successful registration.

II. UPGRADE TO LOYALTY ACCOUNT

To continue the journey with Dim Tu Tac and enjoy more attractive privileges, Customers can upgrade from a Partner account to a Gold-tier Loyalty account.

When upgrading, Customers will retain the 10% discount and receive additional privileges such as:

• Birthday offers.
• Point accumulation for gift redemption.
• Other tier-based attractive offers.

III. PARTNER ACCOUNT POLICY

• Partner cards are identified by a unique phone number. A phone number corresponds to a member code in the system.
• In the event of changing phone numbers, provided that the new phone number does not duplicate the phone number of another account, visit the nearest restaurant branch for guidance. If duplicated, Dim Tu Tac will reconfirm the information with the customers and provide a solution for each specific case.
• Customers can only update the date of birth once when creating an account. If there is a need for a second update, please visit the nearest Dim Tu Tac restaurant branch for guidance.
• The Partner Association program applies to individual customers and not business customers.
• No discounts based on the membership tier will be applied for Delivery or Takeaway.

IV. OTHER REGULATIONS

• Discounts for Partner cards only apply to specified dishes and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• Only applicable to the cardholder. To confirm the application of the discounts at the restaurant, customers must present the member card registered on the website to the staff before payment.
• In the event of any disputes related to the member program, Dim Tu Tac reserves the right to make the final decision.
• The Partner program does not apply to seasonal products, such as Mooncakes, Glutinous Rice Dumplings, and Nian Gao…
• The Partner program does not apply to parties of 30 or more guests.

V. NOTES ON USING PARTNER BENEFITS

1. Membership discounts do not apply on the following holidays:

• December 31 (solar calendar);
• January 1 (New Year’s Day);
• March 8 (International Women’s Day);
• March 10 (lunar calendar – Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day);
• April 30 (Reunification Day);
• May 1 (International Labour Day)
• Mother’s Day;
• Father’s Day;
• September 2 (Vietnamese Independence Day and one adjacent day before or after);
• December 24 – 25 (Christmas);
• December 29 - January 7 (lunar calendar – Tet)

2. Discounts are not applied to the following dishes/drinks:

• Abalone (except abalone sauce).
• Fish maw.
• Golden.
• Sea cucumber.
• Bird’s nest.
• Hasma.
• Roast goose.
• All beverages and set menus.

(*) All benefits, terms, and conditions of the Partner Association program are subject to change according to the regulations of Dim Tu Tac restaurant at any time.

VI. TERMINATION OF PARTNER ASSOCIATION CARD

Partners’ rights under the Partner Association Program shall remain valid for 6 months unless terminated in the following circumstances:

• The Partner cardholder submits a request for termination to Dim Tu Tac via the Program’s contact details/official email address provided on the Website.
• Partner intentionally uses their Card/Account in violation of the Program’s regulations and these registration conditions.
• Partner passes away or in other termination cases as prescribed by law.
• The Program is discontinued for any reason.
• Termination in other cases according to the Program's regulations and these registration conditions.

VII. GENERAL TERMS

• Depending on actual conditions, the Program’s registration conditions and other policies published on the Website may be modified, adjusted, or terminated at the sole discretion of DIM TU TAC TRADING SERVICE JOINT STOCK COMPANY BRANCH or at the request of Partners. Members will be notified of any such changes via the Website.
• Dispute resolution: These T&Cs are governed by the law of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from or related to these T&Cs shall be settled through negotiation by the parties. If negotiation fails within 30 (thirty) days, the parties reserve the right to bring the dispute to a competent court in Vietnam as prescribed by law.
